Well. I tried using HTML5 to play a slightly interactable video. But, unfortunately I wasn't aware that I wouldn't really be able to do that. So, here's an exe which works but, damn. Its not elaborate enough to warrant a download, its meant to be a simple thing you can pop up on a browser on a whim.
Anywho.

can't you just build it to OpenGL and slap it on a html page?
